No php.ini _ in the new xampp? help please

Hello,
I just recentlly upgraded my Xampp to the "xampp-win32-1.7.1.zip" version and went to alter my php.ini (\xampp\apache\bin\php.ini) and its not there..? did you guys change sumthing to php or is this a mistake is the zip file.. i downloaded the Zip package again and its not there..so i Downloaded a previous versions and it was there in the "xampp-win32-1.6.8.zip" package.

There used to be several php.ini files in XAMPP versions prior to 1.7.1 - the confusion has been removed - there is only one php.ini file now and it is in the default installation location C:\xampp\php\ folder.

After starting Apache, type in your browser http://localhost/xampp/phpinfo.php and look for the line:
Loaded Configuration File it will display exactly which php.ini file is being used by XAMPP and it's exact location.
