I tried to test Moodle but can't do it due to old version of MariaDB — 10.4.28 The newest version is 11.3 but min required is 10.6 Is there any chance that we can get that update.

For my single business, I use Zoho One. I can't comment to having 5-6 users collaborate, but it appears that the capability exists. There are several things I don't like about it, but it's already saving me money compared to my former Quickbooks membership, plus whatever I would have spent on Zapier...
